Now that you have decided to have the work done, it is time to take the first step in beginning the design and development process for your web project. We have prepared a set of basic questions to help guide both us and you toward and understanding of what you want. By putting some thoughts on paper, we can get a clearer picture of your design goals, technical needs, maintenance needs, and project budget.
If you are in need of graphic work, print media, or simple changes to an existing project of any type, contact us directly by email or phone, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you have a large web project like you need a new web site or a redesign of an existing website, download the questionnaire below to begin the first step of the process.

2) print the questionnaire...
Now that you are viewing or have downloaded the questionnaire, simply print it out and begin answering the questions to the best of your ability. You may need help getting some of the information. If that is the case, contact us and we will be happy to help you.
3) submit the questionnaire...
Once you have answered the questions to the best of your ability, you can submit the questionnaire to us in one of 2 ways: Either fax the completed questionnaire to 800.713.9182 or scan the pages into an electronic file and email the file to jason@inventivewebs.com. If you have trouble with either method, contact us and we will be happy to help you.
4) give us some time...
After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will contact you, in most cases, same day. If for whatever reason we are unavailable for a same day response, we will contact you within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us in 24 hours, contact us, because we may not have received your submission.
